The British Silver Britannia is one of The Royal Mint’s most popular bullion coins, produced annually since 1997. Inspired by the Gold Britannia series introduced in 1987, the Silver Britannia is offered in a variety of sizes, ranging from 1/10 oz to 1 Kilo. The figure of Britannia has been a symbol of Britain for centuries, with her earliest known coin appearance dating back to the reign of Roman Emperor Hadrian between 119 and 122 CE. Those bronze coins depicted her as a seated woman, an image that would shape her appearance on British coinage for generations.

Each 2026 1 oz British Silver Britannia Coin is offered in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Coins ship individually in protective flips, in tubes of 25 for bulk orders, or in Monster Boxes containing 500 coins. Each Monster Box holds 20 tubes of 25 coins.

The obverse design of the 2026 British Silver Britannia showcases King Charles III. Created by Martin Jennings, this left-profile portrait presents His Majesty without a crown. It first appeared on UK coinage in late 2022 as the official image of the King.

On the reverse of the 2026 1 oz Silver Britannia, Britannia is depicted in a strong, elegant stance. This design, introduced in 1987 by artist Philip Nathan, shows her in flowing robes and a Corinthian helmet, holding a trident in her right hand and an olive branch resting on a Union Jack shield in her left.

How Does Free Shipping Work?
When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
When will my order ship?
Most BullionMax orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
Can I choose the method of shipping?
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
Will I need to sign for my package?
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
What about International Orders?
BullionMax is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
