Each 2025-W 1 oz Burnished American Silver Eagle Coin comes packaged in a protective plastic capsule. The coin and capsule are placed in a presentation box from the US Mint, which includes a themed outer sleeve and matching shipping box. A Certificate of Authenticity is also included with every coin.

Burnished Silver Eagles are made using a special method. Each blank is hand-loaded into the coin press and struck just once with high pressure. To keep the coin in top condition, the Mint handles them with cotton gloves throughout the process. This results in a collector-quality coin that sits between a brilliant uncirculated and a proof coin in terms of its look and feel.

The obverse side of the 2025-W Burnished Silver Eagle features the famous Walking Liberty design. Originally created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman, it shows Liberty walking left toward the rising sun. She’s wrapped in the American flag, with one hand extended and the other holding oak and laurel branches.

On the reverse, you’ll see a bald eagle in mid-flight. Designed by Emily Damstra, the eagle is shown swooping downward with its wings spread wide and talons extended. The bird grips an oak branch in its claws as it descends.
