The San Francisco Mint played an important part in Peace Dollar history, striking coins between 1922 and 1928. While its role was shorter compared to other mints, it produced several lower-mintage Peace Dollars that remain in high demand with collectors. Each 2025-S Proof Peace Silver Dollar comes with frosted design elements and mirror-like fields. The coins are encapsulated and placed in a blue US Mint presentation box, which is shipped inside a themed outer box along with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The obverse of the 2025-S Proof Peace Dollar features Lady Liberty in left-profile relief. This portrait shows Liberty with softer details than earlier coinage designs and includes her radiant crown of light above.

On the reverse of the 2025-S Proof Peace Dollar is the American bald eagle. In this design, the eagle rests on a rock ledge while holding an olive branch, symbolizing peace. Its wings are at its sides as it looks toward the rising sun on the horizon.
