Each 2025 Morgan Silver Dollar Coin ships in its own protective capsule. The coin is placed inside a black US Mint presentation box, which is packaged in an outer sleeve themed to match the Morgan Dollar. Also included is an official Certificate of Authenticity from the Mint.

The Morgan Silver Dollar was first introduced in 1878. It revived the silver dollar after a short pause in production that began in 1873. This new coin design replaced the previous Seated Liberty Dollar and became the standard until 1904. In 1921, the Morgan Dollar returned for one final year before being replaced by the Peace Dollar.

The obverse of the 2025 Morgan Silver Dollar shows a familiar design from George T. Morgan. His portrait of Liberty appears in profile facing left. Liberty wears a Phrygian cap, a laurel wreath, and a coronet. Around the rim, there are 13 stars representing the original American colonies.

The reverse side features the iconic heraldic eagle also created by Morgan. This front-facing eagle spreads its wings wide and clutches arrows and an olive branch in its talons. Together, these symbols represent strength and the desire for peace.
