Right now, 2026 1/25 oz Austrian Gold Philharmonic Coins are available at BullionMax.

Each 2026 1/25 oz Austrian Gold Philharmonic Coin ships individually in a plastic flip or in acrylic tubes of 20 for multiples. These coins come in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and represent the smallest weight in the lineup. The 1/25 oz size was introduced in 2014 to mark the series’ 25th anniversary.

The Musikverein’s Golden Hall has been the permanent stage for the Vienna Philharmonic since its opening in 1870, becoming closely tied to the orchestra’s identity. Built by the Society of Music Friends (Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde), the venue made it through both world wars with limited damage and later saw careful updates that protected its outstanding acoustics while modernizing its technical systems.

For the 2026 Austrian Gold Philharmonics, the obverse shows the Great Pipe Organ inside the Musikverein. First completed in 1872 by Friedrich Ladegast, the instrument has been enhanced and maintained by various organ builders over the years to keep its distinctive sound.

The reverse of the 2026 1/25 oz Gold Philharmonic highlights instruments associated with the Vienna Philharmonic. The layout centers a cello with four violins on either side, while a bassoon, harp, and Vienna horn appear behind to complete the ensemble.
