The American Silver Eagle has been a popular choice for silver investors and collectors since its debut in 1986. Known for its reliable silver content and government backing, the Silver Eagle continues to draw interest year after year. Today, BullionMax offers 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coins for purchase in certified perfect condition.
Coin Highlights:
Each coin in this BullionMax listing has been graded a perfect Mint State 70 by one of three respected certification companies: PCGS, NGC, or CAC. Coins with this grade feature full original luster and show no signs of wear or handling.
Your purchase includes a randomly selected American Silver Eagle certified MS70. While we cannot guarantee which year or grading label you’ll receive, every coin will meet the strict MS70 standard. Labels may include special designations such as First Strike or Early Release, showing the coin was submitted for grading within 30 days of its US Mint release. Some coins may carry only a CAC sticker, verifying the grade originally given by another service.
Please note that the year, grading company, and any additional label (like FS or ER) will vary. Your 1 oz Silver Eagle will be chosen from current stock at the time your order ships.
The obverse of each Silver Eagle features Adolph A. Weinman’s classic Walking Liberty design. First introduced in 1916 on the half-dollar, the image shows Liberty walking toward the sun while wrapped in the American flag. It replaced the Liberty Head design from the earlier Barber coin series.
Depending on the year of issue, the reverse of the 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin displays one of two designs. Those minted from 1986 until mid-2021 show John Mercanti’s heraldic eagle. Starting in mid-2021, the coin adopted Emily Damstra’s 2020 design featuring a bald eagle in flight, released to honor the 35-year milestone of the series.
