Product Details

Since its launch in 1986, the American Silver Eagle has remained a central part of the United States Mint’s annual bullion offerings. For many years, the series followed the same classic format. That changed in 2024 when a privy mark appeared on a Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) Silver Eagle for the first time with the Star Privy release. In 2025, the Mint continues that updated approach with the new Eagle Privy design. Right now, certified 2025 (P) 1 oz Eagle Privy American Silver Eagle Coins are available at BullionMax.

Coin Highlights:

  • Arrives in an individual slab!
  • Special ERA label from the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC)!
  • Unique Eagle-in-flight privy on the obverse!
  • 2nd privy-marked BU Silver Eagle!
  • Limited mintage of only 500,000 coins!
  • One of the lowest-minted BU Silver Eagles in history!
  • Contains 1 troy oz of .999 pure silver.
  • Bears a face value of $1 (USD) backed by the federal government.
  • Issued a grade of Mint State 70 by the NGC.
  • First 50,000 coins issued.
  • Obverse includes Walking Liberty and the eagle privy.
  • Reverse depicts an American bald eagle.
  • Released by the Philadelphia Mint.

Each 2025 (P) 1 oz Eagle Privy American Silver Eagle Coin offered here is graded MS70 by the NGC. Coins in Mint State 70 condition show full, original mint luster with no visible imperfections. These examples come from the first 50,000 coins issued in the 2025 Eagle Privy release. Each slab also features the special ERA label, created by the NGC in partnership with the US Mint and game developer Nice Gang.

The Eagle Privy American Silver Eagle is one of only two US Mint coins eligible for the ERA label from the NGC. The other is the 2024 Star Privy American Silver Eagle. These two releases marked the first time privy marks were used on BU Silver Eagles, and both share the same low mintage figure, making them standouts within the broader series.

On the obverse of the 2025 (P) Eagle Privy American Silver Eagle is Adolph A. Weinman’s Walking Liberty design. First introduced in 1916, this image shows Liberty walking toward the rising sun with the American flag draped over her shoulders. She carries branches of oak and laurel, symbols often associated with strength and victory. The 2025 Eagle Privy mark is placed in the lower-right field of the design. The bald eagle, shown in flight within the privy, remains one of the most recognized national symbols in the United States.

The reverse of the 2025 (P) 1 oz Eagle Privy Silver Eagle Coin features the modern bald eagle design by Emily Damstra. Introduced in 2021, the artwork shows a left-facing eagle holding an oak branch in its talons. The bird’s wings rise naturally above its body, offering a realistic and detailed portrayal that reflects the strength and character long associated with the species.
